At Vintage Wholesale Supply, we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet our quality grading standards or arrive with undisclosed damage. Please note that due to the nature of authentic vintage goods, minor wear is expected and items are sold as-is unless significantly misrepresented.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of any discrepancies in grading or condition.
Receive Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address for our warehouse.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original condition and include the RMA number inside the parcel; please use a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Processing and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned bulk or individual items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
