How do you grade the quality of your vintage clothing?
We use a strict three-tier grading system. Grade A items are in excellent condition with no major flaws; Grade B may show minor signs of wear or small marks; Grade C items are sold as 'rework' pieces for upcycling.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
To support businesses of all sizes, our minimum order quantity starts at 10kg for weight-based categories or 20 pieces for hand-picked bundles.
Are the items authentic vintage or modern reproductions?
We guarantee that 100% of our stock is authentic vintage, ranging from the 1970s to the early 2000s. We do not sell modern fast-fashion reproductions.
How long does international shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days via our tracked global couriers.
Can I return a wholesale bale if I'm not satisfied?
Due to the nature of wholesale vintage, we do not accept returns on full bales or mystery boxes. However, if there is a significant discrepancy in the grade ordered, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
